The original concept for Peppermint and Prince Pan was a little French poodle, who had a unique design. The mascot later changed from furry to a sailor. Taking inspiration is one thing, but I found using it too often is not very creative, so I kept working and molding my original character creations, much to the dismay of what others think or thought, I could care less because they are my rules and regulations in character design. In other words don't try to tell me what I can or cannot do, because it will go out of the window. ❤
