The character design I eventually used varied from earlier concepts, thus the sailor costume. It is a shame I didn't actually use this concept. But it had a more "Gigi" appeal to it. The concept was later used for both Mint and Prince Pan from PS! Flash, much to the dismay of boarder line lurkers. No comment on that one. All I know is if you search up on Google, you'll see how pressed some people are, word is nobody cares, move along.
